Ingredients:
150 gr of soft Amaretti (crumbled)
50 gr dark chocolate (grated)
1/2 litre cream
4 spoons of brandy or any other spirit
Butter (softened)

Preparation:
1. Whip the cream
2. Carefully stir in the Amaretti, chocolate and brandy
3. Lightly grease a round tin of 20 cm diameter
4. Pour mixture into greased tin
5. Cover with greaseproof paper and place in fridge
6. Remove from fridge 10 minutes before serving

Preparation time
50 minutes preparation + 40 minutes cooling time in fridge
