Almond-flavoured soft macaroons produced by Amaretti Virginia according to the ancient traditional recipe and reproducing the same processing procedure as in 1860, the year Amaretti Virginia created the Sassello soft macaroons. Simple ingredients: sugar, egg whites, almonds and apricot kernels that are skilfully worked to create a delicious pastry that takes us back to the genuine flavours of yesteryear. Being lemon macaroons in this case, the lemon fruit paste has been blended with the other ingredients. Each macaroon is individually wrapped in a transparent dumpling wrapper, which preserves its organoleptic characteristics for a good 11 months. Ideal for a sweet break at any time of day, for a tasty snack or as a dessert at the end of a meal paired with a good coffee or liqueur wine. The beautiful metal packaging makes this article particularly suitable for gift-giving.
