Almond-flavoured soft macaroons produced by Amaretti Virginia according to the ancient traditional recipe and reproducing the same processing procedure as in 1860, the year Amaretti Virginia created the Sassello soft macaroons. Simple ingredients: sugar, egg whites, almonds and apricot kernels that are skilfully worked to create a delicious pastry that takes us back to the genuine flavours of yesteryear. A superficial crust hides an extremely soft almond heart that bursts onto the palate upon tasting, an unforgettable GLUTEN-FREE and lactose-free taste experience. Every single macaroon is wrapped in a double wrapper, a first one in contact with the transparent ravioli-shaped pastry, which preserves its organoleptic characteristics for a good 11 months, and a second one in a candy-coloured wrapper, which creates cheerfulness and gives a refined touch to the pastries presented on the table.
