Amaretti soffici alla mandorla prodotti da Amaretti Virginia secondo l\u2019antica ricetta della tradizione e riproducendo lo stesso procedimento di lavorazione del 1860, anno in cui Amaretti Virginia ha creato gli amaretti soffici del Sassello. Semplici ingredienti: zucchero, albume, mandorle e mandorle d\u2019albicocca che sapientemente lavorati danno vita a un delizioso pasticcino che ci riporta ai genuini sapori di un tempo.
